Love Park is located in Center City, Philadelphia, right across from City Hall and it’s one of Philly’s iconic landmarks! During the holiday season the park is also filled with the holiday market! The reason most people call it “Love Park” is Robert Indiana’s famous LOVE sculpture, which sits in the plaza. Love Park makes for a popular Philly location to plan a surprise proposal! Weekend’s and holidays can be busy for this location so consider planning on a weekday or in the morning to avoid crowds!

The MGM Music Hall open in Boston near Fenway Park in August 2022 as a music and event venue! MGM Music Hall is located at 2 Lansdowne Street (at the corner of Lansdowne & Ipswich Streets), Boston, MA 02215. The venue is positioned as a mid-sized major venue: larger than smaller clubs (2,000-3,000 capacity) but smaller than full arenas. That allows for high-profile acts in a more intimate setting and can be rented for more corporate events. The opening of MGM Music Hall at Fenway is part of a broader revitalization of Boston’s live-music infrastructure: adding more high-quality mid-sized venues means more acts, better options for locals.
For this event in Boston: State Street Investment Management, the fourth largest asset manager in the world, had the vision to reshape investing more than 30 years ago—to believe it was possible for anyone to access the power of the market in a single trade. That belief led to the launch of SPY, the first-ever S&P 500 ETF. Since then, their mission has gone beyond just making investing accessible to anyone. (State Street | SPY) entered into a multi-year partnership with the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).
For their announcement with their WNBA partnership, State Street hosted the ultimate WNBA Finals celebration in Boston as the league’s newest Partner. The festivities will highlighted State Street’s commitment to investing in women’s basketball at every level of play. The event will drove community building and youth engagement, WNBA
partnership awareness and highlighted the city’s love of basketball.

I photographed a 2 day conference for the Open Source in France Forum in NYC at Convene. This venue in Manhattan offers 73,000 sq ft of flexible meeting/event space. The full venue can accommodate events and conference for slightly over 1,500 guest just a block away from the World Trade Center!

The George Mason Memorial in Washington, DC is located in West Potomac Park along the southern edge of the Tidal Basin in Washington, D.C. specifically at 24 E Basin Drive SW. The site occupies a portion of the historic “Pansy Garden” landscape and is part of the district under the management of the National Park Service as part of the National Mall and Memorial Parks. From the memorial there is a lot of greenery space, the pond, and a view of the Washington Monument! This location is also walking distance to the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. Since 2004, the World Business Forum New York has brought together thousands of senior executives from across the globe to learn directly from the world’s most influential business thinkers. The venue is one of the busiest convention centers in the U.S. and plays a major role in New York’s convention/trade show economy. The Javits Center is located on Manhattan’s West Side at 429 11th Avenue (also referenced as 655 West 34th Street) between 34th and 38th (–40th) Streets in the Hell’s Kitchen / Hudson Yards area of New York City. The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve LGBTQ+ equality.
Each year, the organization hosts its National Dinner which brings together more than 3,000 HRC members,
friends, family and allies for an evening of celebration and inspiration. The evening, which attracts the nation’s top figures in entertainment and politics, features a cocktail reception, silent auction, an elegant dinner, live
entertainment and thought-provoking speakers and guests. Marriott International is a long-standing partner and supporter of HRC and has activated at the National Dinner for many years. Marriott once again served as a sponsor the Federal Club Council Welcome Reception in conjunction with a larger corporate sponsorship. They hosted colleagues, customers, and strategic partners at the dinner. The Federal Club Council is HRC’s major donor giving program. Members of the council provide the leadership, vision and resources that are critical to HRC’s work and mission. Each year, before the National Dinner programming begins, a private, 1-hour, VIP welcome reception is held for members of the council and their guests. The reception space is then opened to all dinner attendees to experience prior to heading into the separate dinner space.
For this event we provided the event photography and photography for the photo op! Guest lined up for a photo and could instantly get a text message with a link to download their photo to post online immediately to share in the excitement!

Great Falls Park is an 800-acre National Park area along the Potomac River in Fairfax County, Virginia, about 15 miles from Washington, D.C. The views from the overlook make for an amazing location for a surprise proposal or engagement photos! From the Virginia side at overlook 3, I photographed this surprise proposal! There are three overlooks that give different views of the falls. Overlook 2 and 3 are more easily accessible; Overlook 1 is more rugged (wet/slippery rocks etc.) but gets you closer. Overlook 3 has the best view but is farthest from parking!

I photographed the forth annual Red Wine & Blues event for the Robert Irvine Foundation this year at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia! The Army Navy Country Club offers a stunning and versatile venue for banquets and events, blending timeless elegance with modern amenities. Located in a picturesque setting, it features spacious ballrooms and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces with a view of Washington, DC, making it ideal for this event! This one-of-a-kind 3-course dining experience is hosted by celebrity Chef Robert Irvine and presented by the Robert Irvine Foundation. The event is an exclusive, intimate B2B networking event that brings together industry executives and senior military leadership to honor and celebrate the Enlisted Aide of the Year and the impact of the Robert Irvine Foundation. Programming included a 3-course dining experience prepared by the Chef Robert Irvine culinary team and military chefs, live music performances and formal awards presentation. ESTABLISHING SHOTS AT CORPORATE EVENTS
Establishing shots to give a sense of space and more importantly the scale of a corporate event. They can also be a great way to highlight your premiere DC venue. These are great for social media posts or documentation.
We always get photographs from several different perspectives. Example shots include: A shot of a performer or speaker on stage from the perspective of the audience, wide shots from each corner of a banquet hall, convention center, etc, an exterior shot of a venue or a wide shot of the floor of a convention center from a floor from above.

Details matter at a corporate event. We know organizers put in a lot of work to produce an event of any size with many details to show for it. As always, when photographing an event, we photography with the end use in mind. we are there to get the types of images that you are looking for.
CLOSE-UP CANDID PHOTOGRAPHY AT CORPORATE EVENTS
Close-up candid photographs of individuals capture the emotional high points of an event. They can be photographed in a variety of ways, but usually with a telephoto lens and a shallow depth of field. This minimizes distracting elements and allows a viewer to zero in on, and connect with a moment. These are often the images viewers connect with most. we pay special attention to photographing your VIPs such as guest speakers or your CEO, but as always, we work to maximize coverage of an event; we try to get a photo of as many attendees as possible.
GROUP PORTRAITS AT CORPORATE EVENTS
As a roaming event photographer, anytime we see a small group conversing, we are sure to approach them with a smile and simply ask, “hey can we get a shot of you guys?” These shots allow us to be sure to get all of your VIPs in photographs together and help me maximize coverage, making sure to photograph as many attendees as possible. These are often the types of photos guests at corporate events like to share.

Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens is a beatiful garden location in Richmond, Virginia to plant. surprise proposal or engagement photos! The gardens are open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
