The MGM Music Hall open in Boston near Fenway Park in August 2022 as a music and event venue! MGM Music Hall is located at 2 Lansdowne Street (at the corner of Lansdowne & Ipswich Streets), Boston, MA 02215. The venue is positioned as a mid-sized major venue: larger than smaller clubs (2,000-3,000 capacity) but smaller than full arenas. That allows for high-profile acts in a more intimate setting and can be rented for more corporate events. The opening of MGM Music Hall at Fenway is part of a broader revitalization of Boston’s live-music infrastructure: adding more high-quality mid-sized venues means more acts, better options for locals.
For this event in Boston: State Street Investment Management, the fourth largest asset manager in the world, had the vision to reshape investing more than 30 years ago—to believe it was possible for anyone to access the power of the market in a single trade. That belief led to the launch of SPY, the first-ever S&P 500 ETF. Since then, their mission has gone beyond just making investing accessible to anyone. (State Street | SPY) entered into a multi-year partnership with the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).
For their announcement with their WNBA partnership, State Street hosted the ultimate WNBA Finals celebration in Boston as the league’s newest Partner. The festivities will highlighted State Street’s commitment to investing in women’s basketball at every level of play. The event will drove community building and youth engagement, WNBA
partnership awareness and highlighted the city’s love of basketball.

Convene Brookfield Place is at 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10281, inside the larger complex Brookfield Place in the Financial District in Manhattan. I photographed a 2 day conference for the Open Source in France Forum in NYC at Convene. This venue in Manhattan offers 73,000 sq ft of flexible meeting/event space. The full venue can accommodate events and conference for slightly over 1,500 guest just a block away from the World Trade Center!

The conference is uniquely designed to enable partnerships, advance talent development and showcase open technologies enabling the financial industry to scale, modernize, and enhance profitability.

Below are some highlights from a 2-day business forum at the Javits Center in NYC. Since 2004, the World Business Forum New York has brought together thousands of senior executives from across the globe to learn directly from the world’s most influential business thinkers. The venue is one of the busiest convention centers in the U.S. and plays a major role in New York’s convention/trade show economy. The Javits Center is located on Manhattan’s West Side at 429 11th Avenue (also referenced as 655 West 34th Street) between 34th and 38th (–40th) Streets in the Hell’s Kitchen / Hudson Yards area of New York City. The Javits Center hosts a wide variety of events including trade shows, pop-culture conventions, large exhibitions, corporate meetings, and conferences.

The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve LGBTQ+ equality.
Each year, the organization hosts its National Dinner which brings together more than 3,000 HRC members,
friends, family and allies for an evening of celebration and inspiration. The evening, which attracts the nation’s top figures in entertainment and politics, features a cocktail reception, silent auction, an elegant dinner, live
entertainment and thought-provoking speakers and guests. Marriott International is a long-standing partner and supporter of HRC and has activated at the National Dinner for many years. Marriott once again served as a sponsor the Federal Club Council Welcome Reception in conjunction with a larger corporate sponsorship. They hosted colleagues, customers, and strategic partners at the dinner. The Federal Club Council is HRC’s major donor giving program. Members of the council provide the leadership, vision and resources that are critical to HRC’s work and mission. Each year, before the National Dinner programming begins, a private, 1-hour, VIP welcome reception is held for members of the council and their guests. The reception space is then opened to all dinner attendees to experience prior to heading into the separate dinner space.
For this event we provided the event photography and photography for the photo op! Guest lined up for a photo and could instantly get a text message with a link to download their photo to post online immediately to share in the excitement!

The Army Navy Country Club offers a stunning and versatile venue for banquets and events, blending timeless elegance with modern amenities. Located in a picturesque setting, it features spacious ballrooms and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces with a view of Washington, DC, making it ideal for this event! This one-of-a-kind 3-course dining experience is hosted by celebrity Chef Robert Irvine and presented by the Robert Irvine Foundation. The event is an exclusive, intimate B2B networking event that brings together industry executives and senior military leadership to honor and celebrate the Enlisted Aide of the Year and the impact of the Robert Irvine Foundation. Programming included a 3-course dining experience prepared by the Chef Robert Irvine culinary team and military chefs, live music performances and formal awards presentation. The International Spy Museum in Washington, DC has multiple event spaces for private events, corporate events, and weddings after the museum closes to the public. Some of the event space includes the rooftop terrace, the lobby, and other spaces on the 3rd floor. On September 10, 2025, NSWEP celebrated five years of resilience, innovation, and the unwavering power of community as The National Society of Black Wedding and Event Professionals marked their milestone with a nationwide celebration like never before! For five years, NSBWEP uplifted, empowered, and redefined excellence in the wedding and event industry. The Rayburn House Office Building is the largest of the three main office buildings used by members of the U.S. House of Representatives, located on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. We’ve photographed multiple hearings and events at the Rayburn House building including this event below! The building includes 2.3 million square feet of space including more than 600 congressional offices, committee rooms, and support facilities. The building also includes several event and meeting spaces primarily designed for official government use, but they are sometimes used for receptions, briefings, policy panels, and advocacy events hosted by members of Congress.

The National Archives Building, in Washington, DC on Constitution Avenue between 7th and 9th Streets NW, is home to the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The Archives Foundation each Forth of July host a Forth of July event where guest can get special access to view the documents and witness a live reading of the Declaration of Independence. The Baltimore Convention Center is one of Baltimore’s largest venues for conventions, trade shows, meetings, and large-scale events in Baltimore. The Convention Center is located downtown at 1 West Pratt Street, in the central business district near the Inner Harbor. Originally built and opened in 1979; expanded significantly in 1996–97 The convention center features 1.2 million sq ft, including: 300,000 sq ft contiguous exhibit space, 85,000 sq ft in 50 meeting rooms, 36,672 sq ft multifunctional ballroom and a 27,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with green roof and herb garden. Recently we photography a multi-day event at the convention center in all the various event spaces. Below are highlights!

ESTABLISHING SHOTS AT CORPORATE EVENTS
Establishing shots to give a sense of space and more importantly the scale of a corporate event. They can also be a great way to highlight your premiere Baltimore venue. These are great for social media posts or documentation.
We can get photographs from several different perspectives. Example shots include: A shot of a performer or speaker on stage from the perspective of the audience, wide shots from each corner of a banquet hall, convention center, etc, an exterior shot of a venue or a wide shot of the floor of a convention center from a floor from above.

CLOSE-UP CANDID PHOTOGRAPHY AT CORPORATE EVENTS
Close-up candid photographs of individuals capture the emotional high points of an event. They can be photographed in a variety of ways, but usually with a telephoto lens and a shallow depth of field. This minimizes distracting elements and allows a viewer to zero in on, and connect with a moment. These are often the images viewers connect with most. we pay special attention to photographing your VIPs such as guest speakers or your CEO, but as always, we work to maximize coverage of an event; we try to get a photo of as many attendees as possible.
GROUP PORTRAITS AT CORPORATE EVENTS
As a roaming event photographer, anytime we see a small group conversing, we are sure to approach them with a smile and simply ask, “hey can we get a shot of you guys?” These shots allow us to be sure to get all of your VIPs in photographs together and help me maximize coverage, making sure to photograph as many attendees as possible. These are often the types of photos guests at corporate events like to share.
